  In 1847 John rented a house in Fennor from the REV william Edward Lloyd for 15/- per annum the house was next to the Church and Graveyard John emigrated to Austrailia with his family in 1867 sponsored by his sister Martha. During his later years he was an inmate in Liverpool Asylum (Liverpool being a suburb of Sydney).
