- The Last Will of Hannah (Flounders) Eachus To My daughter, Hannah Russell shall have one hundred and forty four dollars, my daughter, Judith Rudolph, intermarried with Joseph Rudolph, shall have one hundred and eighty four dollars, and my son Emmor Eachus shall have one hundred and eighty four dollars and if any portion of the nine hundred dollars and interest should remain after the payment of my debts, Funeral expenses and legacies I do direct that said remains be given to my daughter Judith Rudolph and my son Emmor Eachus share and share alike. Also I do direct that my granddaughter Susana Rudolph shall have my bed including all the necessary bed clothes and coverlid, my looking glass Bureau and carpet. And I do direct that my granddaughter Mary Eachus daughter of my son Emmor Eachus, shall have my best bed quilt and half a dozin (sic) silver tea spoons. And I do direct that my daughter in law Abigail Eachus, wife of my son Emmor Eachus, shall have my best winter Shawl. And I do direct that my daughter Judith Rudolph shall have my silk dress best silk dress (or)? petticoat, wrapper and my old spectacles and those I use for common. And I do direct that my niece Elizabeth WORRALL shall have my best bonnet and handkerchief. And I do direct that the remainder of my wearing apparel shall be equally divided between my daughters Hannah and Judith. And I do direct that if any of my children die between this and the time of distribution of my estate that their heirs or representatives shall be entitles to such share or shares as their ( ?) ancestors would have been entitles to receive if living and I do hereby make and ordain my Son William Eachus Executor of this my last will and testament.
