  Thomas owned a Malting Office, yards & Gardens, plus five newly erected Cottages adjacent to the Malting Office and a four acres of meadow. In addition to Brook House with yards & Gardens currently occupied by himself. all of which he left to his son Thomas Creffield. Thomas is the Executor of his Brother John's Will.
