Mrs. Nannie Mae Eachus, age 98, a resident of Rockwood, TN passed away Sunday, December 5, 2010 in the Parkwest Medical Center, Knoxville, TN. She was born May 2, 1912, in Harriman, TN to Fred & Ethel Proffitt Barnard. Mrs. Eachus was a member of Saint Andrews Episcopal Church in Harriman since 1942 and was co-owner and co-operator with her husband of Molyneux Chevrolet in Rockwood from 1958 ? 1971, where they both worked for several years prior to taking ownership. She was a member of the Rockwood chapter of the Business and Professional Women (B.P.W.) since 1932 and was recently honored as the oldest member in Tennessee and the member with the longest continuous service of 78 years. Mrs. Eachus was also an avid Lady Vols fan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Eachus, Sr.; brothers, Everett Barnard, Bruce Barnard, and Clifford Barnard; and sister, Lorraine Maniscalco
