John Collinge Mather, of Chester-street, in the town of Shrewsbury, in the county of Salop, Bookseller and News Agent, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the County Court of Shropshire, holden at Shrewsbury, on the 6th day of September, 1862, is hereby required to surrender himself to Mr. Joshua John Peele, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 29th day of September instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court. Mr. Joshua John Peele is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Corbet
Davies, of Shrewsbury, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy

In the Matter of John Collinge Mather, of Chester-street, in Shrewsbury, in the county of Salop, Bookseller and News Agent.WHEREAS at a public sitting of the Court held this day, the Court granted an Order of Discharge to the said bankrupt Notice is hereby given, that an Order of Discharge will be drawn up and delivered to the said bankrupt after the expiration of thirty days from this date, unless in the meantime, an appeal be duly entered against the judgment of the said Court-Dated this
eleventh day of November, 1862.
