She crossed the western prairies with her parents when only one year old, making the trip with ox teams to California, where she grew to young womanhood. She later returned to the state of her birth, where she was united in marriage to Mr Albert Gilbert Roberts in 1889. Since that time she made her home in Riverton and vicinity. Besides the husband she is suvived by seven children: Mrs Lilian Fouts, of Omaha; Mrs Mamie Bronson, of Hamburg; Mrs Viola Parkinson, Stanley and Leta Roberts and Mrs Edna Edwards, all of Riverton; together with eleven grandchildren ,one great grandchild, and a brother, George Dooley, who lived in Hamburg.
When but a child she united with the Methodist Church and theses teachings were the prevailing influence of her life. She was always ready to do her part in aiding the needy or alleviating the suffering of the distressed. She was a loving wife, true mother and a loyal friend and her life will be long remembered.
