James & Elizabeth had seven children, there sixth child Alice married George Thomas, they in turn had nine children, three of whom emigrated to New Zealand from London of the "Lancashire Witch" on the 13th February 1865.

Elizabeth married James Lawman on 2 Aug 1800 in Weston, Hertfordshire, England. James (son of Edward Lawman and Anne Knight) was born in 1773 in Sandon, Hertfordshire, England; died in 1835 in Weston, Hertfordshire. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
