Eachus, a member elect of our Board, and for seventeen years a past Manager of our Company, and we deem it appropriate that some tribute to the memory of the deceased should be placed upon the minutes of the Board, therefore.
    RESOLVED. That in the death of Mr. Eachus our board has lost one of its most valuable and efficient members, the community a worthy citizen, and an upright man, and his family a protector and friend.
    RESOLVED, That these resolutions be entered on our minutes; a copy thereof be sent to the family of the deceased, and that they be published in the Coatsville and West Chester papers,
